Founded by Robert Zadikian in 2005, PJR Group is a leading digital printing services specialist, renowned for producing high-impact promotional prints with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. With over 200 team members, PJR has established itself as one of the Middle East's most dynamic advertising and production houses, with a reputation for delivering exceptional service, superior quality, and rapid turnaround times. The company operates two state-of-the-art production facilities located in Kuwait and Dubai, further solidifying its position as a regional leader in the industry.

In 2018, PJR Group diversified its business by launching PACK CO., a cutting-edge factory specializing in the production of various printed paper products. This facility produces a wide range of items, including printing paper cups, plastic cups, and paper strips, catering to the growing demand for eco-friendly and custom-designed packaging solutions. PACK CO. reflects PJR's commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of its clients in the packaging and printing sectors.

As per the client’s request, they had multiple products on a sales order that needed to be manufactured, with each product requiring a separate Manufacturing Order (MO). Since the products share the same materials, this created complexity in their production process, leading to inefficiencies in managing individual MOs for each product.

To address the challenges faced by PJR Group, our BOP partner from Dubai proposed a consolidated MO solution that allows all products to be grouped into a single many-to-many field, where the total Bill of Materials (BOM) with quantities is added in bulk. This solution has significantly improved efficiency by saving considerable time compared to processing separate MOs for each product. The ease of use of Odoo manufacturing, whether from directly issuing an MO or obtaining an MO from a sales order, has made their work more efficient and systemized.

The ERP system implemented by our BOP partner encompassed various functionalities, including Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and recently HR. Through the integration of these modules into a cohesive ERP system, PJR Group was able to streamline its operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
