That was our year 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, we look back on the past months with pride and gratitude. It has been a year of collaboration, growth and shared success for the BOP Alliance. We would now like to look back at the highlights that have shaped our year.

Another milestone was the expansion of our network: the BOP Alliance welcomed seven new partners from different parts of the world in 2024. Our new members come from the Netherlands, Thailand, the UK, Nigeria, Canada, Hungary and Bangladesh. This international diversity makes our community even stronger and gives us the opportunity to share knowledge and experience worldwide.

Odoo 18 has set a new benchmark for multinational implementations. With extended features and improved localization capabilities, our partners can now deliver even more seamless solutions for global projects. These enhancements pave the way for greater efficiency and success in multinational rollouts.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to expand our multinational projects further, capitalizing on Odoo 18’s potential. Additionally, we plan to broaden the localization capabilities of our partners, ensuring that Odoo implementations are perfectly tailored to regional requirements.

2024 has been the year of collaboration. With meetings taking place every eight weeks, our communication has improved significantly, and our projects are progressing more efficiently than ever before. We also introduced more workshops and meetings, providing ample opportunities for knowledge exchange and professional growth.

The Odoo Experience 2024 was an absolute highlight for the BOP Alliance. Our exclusive BOP event took place the day before the official event began. Together with our partners, we enjoyed delicious snacks, an entertaining evening - organized by our partner Falinwa - and, above all, many valuable conversations. It was the perfect opportunity to deepen our partnerships within the BOP Alliance. 

At the OXP itself, we were able to make numerous new contacts with our own booth and present our BOP magazine. The highlight of the event was the inspiring talk by our Managing Partner Tobias Hammeke on the topic of “Multinational Odoo Implementation”, which was met with great interest. 

In addition, two of our partners, Falinwa Group and Taube Digital, were honored for their outstanding achievements - further proof of the concentrated expertise within our alliance. A big thank you to everyone who made this event an unforgettable experience!

As we set our sights on 2025, the BOP Alliance is ready to build on the strong foundation of 2024. Our key goals for the upcoming year are focused on deepening connections, enhancing our services, and expanding opportunities:

• Stronger Collaboration: We plan to foster even closer communication within the alliance through regular meetings and collaborative initiatives. By leveraging our global network, we aim to tackle challenges more effectively and support our partners in achieving their goals.

• Enhanced Support Services: Our expanded support framework will provide more tailored assistance, ensuring seamless coordination for multinational and corporate projects.

• Introduction of the Solutions Program: One of the most exciting initiatives for 2025 is the launch of our Solutions Program. This program will streamline project delivery, offer innovative tools, and empower our partners to achieve even greater success.

• Pursuing Corporate Projects: We’re setting our sights on acquiring more significant corporate projects, leveraging the combined expertise of our alliance to deliver transformative solutions for large-scale enterprises.

• Global Expansion: Guided by our BOP Strategy: Agenda 2030, we will continue to identify and onboard the best partners in key markets, strengthening our presence and influence worldwide.

2025 promises to be a year of strategic growth, innovation, and collaboration. We are excited to embark on this journey together with our incredible partners, working towards a shared vision of global excellence in Odoo implementations.

All these successes would not have been possible without the dedicated collaboration and commitment of our partners. Together, we have made 2024 an extraordinary year and we are already looking forward to what 2025 has in store for us.
