About Terzani
Born in Florence (italy), Terzani redefines the way luxury lighting is designed and produced. Through experimentation with new production methods and forward-thinking ideas, it has become known for designs that use sculpture, light, shadow and motion to reshape spaces. Overview
A significant issue in internal management was related to the use of multiple programs and tools that were not interconnected. This fragmentation led to a substantial loss of critical business data, which compromised the effectiveness of strategic decision-making and generated considerable inefficiency across departments. The lack of integration between these disparate systems made it challenging to coordinate activities and maintain a unified view of operations, particularly impacting strategic departments such as warehouse management, accounting, and manufacturing. This inefficiency impeded overall organizational performance and hindered effective management of key business areas.
Key challenges and requirements
The lack of integration between the various software also resulted in low operational efficiency in every departments. Each department was manually managing and monitoring own activities, without having a general overview. This situation required continuous monitoring by management, taking time and energy away from more strategic functions. The company identified the need to improve process integration and automation to reduce data dispersion. The company was also looking for a scalable and modular system, with a focus on warehouse, accounting and production. The goal was to implement a flexible platform that could adapt to future growth and optimise internal resources, enabling more effective control of operations and increased competitiveness in the market.
