In the sector of rheumatology healthcare, the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) plays a central role in bringing together people with arthritis/rheumatism, healthcare professionals in rheumatology (HPR) and scientific societies from across Europe. To do this, they needed a comprehensive software solution that could integrate the various functional areas of the organization.

Initial situation of the customer

EULAR was faced with a complex challenge: a diverse software landscape in which data had to be transferred manually depending on the functional area. The need to minimize administrative effort and centralize all data drove the search for a fully integrated software solution. Particular attention was paid to the functional areas of CRM, Membership, Congress, e-Learning and Government, especially in the exchange with government institutions.

The Challenge

The Success

The German partner of the BOP Alliance worked on successively integrating and consolidating the functional areas of EULAR into Odoo. The focus was on the website and membership areas, which successfully went live within 6 months. Odoo was used to expand the functions of these areas and improve the customer process. To meet the specific requirements, a bespoke membership app was developed for EULAR, enabling a clear consolidation of all customer data and member statuses.
