Initial situation of the customer
Before the introduction of Odoo, QUALI s.r.o. organized its internal processes using Microsoft Excel. However, this method quickly reached its limits: There was a lack of transparency regarding the time spent on individual work steps and the distribution of tasks among employees. This led to inefficient workflows, frequent production delays and difficulties in prioritizing orders.
The management realized that no significant improvements in efficiency and productivity could be achieved without a modern ERP system. Excel-based processes were no longer sufficient to meet the increasing demands of a growing company. A fundamental change in working methods was inevitable.
The challenge
QUALI s.r.o. examined various software solutions from local providers, but found that they could not meet its long-term requirements. The search for a future-proof and flexible solution led the company to Odoo. After a comprehensive analysis, it quickly became clear that Odoo could cover all requirements and optimally support the company's further growth.
Together with our BOP partner from Slovakia, QUALI s.r.o. began with the implementation. The introduction was systematically planned and implemented step by step. Our experts found that the standard version of Odoo Enterprise fully met the company's requirements without the need for additional customization. This allowed QUALI s.r.o. to save considerable costs on implementation and maintenance. Instead of tailoring the software to its existing processes, the company adapted its processes to Odoo's functions, enabling a smooth integration.
QUALI s.r.o. implemented a number of Odoo modules, including manufacturing, warehouse management, quality management, PLM, accounting, sales, purchasing and HR management. Each of these modules helped to modernize the company's operations and increase efficiency.

With the introduction of Odoo, QUALI s.r.o. was able to significantly improve its production planning and control. More accurate demand planning and timely material procurement prevented production stops due to a lack of resources. In addition, the software automated the creation of production orders as soon as a customer order was confirmed, which further accelerated the processes.
Odoo enabled more precise utilization planning of the production facilities and also took preparation times into account. This meant that resources could be used optimally. Thanks to the detailed insights into the production processes, bottlenecks were identified and productivity was increased. The increased transparency not only led to better employee utilization, but also to a drastic reduction in downtimes. In addition, the traceability of products and processes facilitated quality assurance and the rapid resolution of problems.
